Health, dental, vision, hearing, and well-care coverage for children who do not qualify for Medicaid from families whose income does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Line.

Emergency assistance for medications and eyeglasses. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. Also, 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.

Adult Dental Assistance Program. Must meet monthly income limit to qualify. Can assist with basic oral exams to help with dentures and extractions. Apply online.
