Request for Proposals - Cleaning Service

Boone County Public Library is soliciting proposals for a cleaning service for five (5) locations. Please review the scope of work and bidding documents. Preference for Kentucky bidders/proposals will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law.  Bids are due to the Boone County Public Library - Main Library at 1786 Burlington Pike, Burlington KY, 41005 on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST.

The Boone Innovation Lab (BIL) is a place to create, learn, and preserve memories.

Lab Rules

  1. You must have a Boone County Public Library card in good standing. Please verify that your library card has not expired before reserving equipment. Expired Cards, Juvenile Cards,Temporary Cards, Digital Only Cards, and Student Digital Access Cards may not reserve Innovation Lab equipment.
  2. You must sign a waiver to use lab equipment. Parents must sign with minors under 18.
  3. A parent or adult guardian must accompany all children 12 years of age and younger when using the lab. Parent or guardian cannot work on a separate BIL project during a child's appointment.
  4. Boone County Public Library reserves the right to close the BIL on short notice. Always call in advance to make certain the Lab is open.
  5. All reservations are subject to approval.
