Things to Know
- Bring the completed but unsigned legal document to your appointment.
- All documents must be in English.
- Everyone who signs must bring valid ID, which includes:
- State-issued driver's licenses and ID cards
- Military IDs
- Passports
- Witnesses may not be solicited among Library patrons or staff
- We do not notarize I-9 forms

Subject to staff availability, the Library offers notary service free of charge at the following locations only. Please call to schedule an appointment. The Library notaries reserve the right to refuse notarizing documents for ANY reason.
