Who is Tales the Library Dragon?
BCPL's friend, Tales, is a kind and courageous dragon who loves to read! He first appeared at the Library to save the books from the evil Book Bandit!

Favorite Color: Tales loves blue because it's the color of the sky, where he flies when no one is looking.
Favorite Food: Tales eats magic dragon food and drinks milk and water.
Favorite Music: Tales is a peppy dragon who likes dance music.
Favorite Activities: Tales loves reading and giving high-fives!
Tales Birthday Club
Children up to 5 years old are eligible to register for the Tales Birthday Club. During the month of their birthday, children will receive a card in the mail! Bring your Tales Birthday Card to any BCPL location to get the card stamped and receive a birthday gift.
